Thank you for your interest in Way of the Kambo's Ceremony on April 13th, 14th, & 15th 2018. Please complete these 5 steps in order to hold your spot for this ceremony. If you are making payments for more than one participant please contact me personally at 831-435-6005 for a custom payment form after completing the rest of the steps below. I will still need each person who is attending to fill out the forms below for number of days attending and the new client form. Your spot for this ceremony will only be held for you once payment is completed.

2. Make Payment-You have three payment options as well. By committing to all three days you will receive the full benefits of this medicine by completing 3 applications within one Moon cycle, for more information on that please read more below.
3. Download the preparation and contra-indication PDF file below and print it out if necessary.
4. Fill out Client Form if you have never participated in a Kambo ceremony with Raymond before.
5. Please Sign and Date the Way of the Kambo Registration and Consent waiver form. This is a easy digital signing to save paper and save data. If you do not sign this form you will not be able to participate.
Traditionally it is recommended to complete 3 applications of Kambo within one moon cycle (one month) in order to inoculate the body with the full benefits of this medicine. I personally don't recommend doing this more than once per day. Some offer this but I feel its best to allow 24hrs before the next treatment and arrange to come to our 3 day circle for this.
In regards to your payment if you cancel 8 days before the date of the ceremony, you will receive a full refund, should you decide to cancel 7 days or less you will receive half of your payment. If you do not arrive on the day of the ceremony or cancel once the weekend has begun you will receive no refund due to people losing the opportunity to participate and limited space for this gathering.
